SABnzbd 0.6.14 has been released on the 10th of December. The package repository has been updated and you shall be able to update you installation. The build was done on git hub commit ecedddf604.

Hi,
First of all I want to thank you for all great job you guys has been done.
I have installed the lates SABnzb and everything works great but I have some issue with the api parameter with NZBMatrix.
It seems to send a hardcode API to NZBMatrix when you want access it from 3rd party programs and want add some file to download. Even if I have not writing NzbMatrix API key in site index section.
Any help I will be appreciated.

Newzbin is broken at the moment because of what was said earlier. They changed the .com to .es but they say that at the moment you have to support both .com and .es

I don’t know if Sickbeard and CouchPotato already changed versions with this included. Also a new Sickbeard version is out. I hope you will update the package Zebulon! It’s really the best thing i’ve had in years man!

Been getting teh same issue on my 1511 where by SABNZBD is unable to create the directories in \volume1\.

Anyone able to assist me with any commands to give the sabnzbd user permissions?

Monk79, first delete all programs. Install sabnzbd and python and reboot the NAS because you need a user created named sabnzbd, but the program does it automatically i think. If you don’t do this you can’t give sabnzbd permission to create those folders. If you need more help send me an email ok. I also had lots of problems with this but later found out

I encountered a problem with the package today. There seems to be a bug with DSM where UID in passwd need to be in increasing order or the accounts are not visible and cannot be managed properly. The SABnzbd package seems to look for the lowest first available UID after 1000. This behavior breaks DSM. The workaround is that the SABnzbd package should look for the highest UID not lowest first available UID.

Why does everyone ask if he is going up update it. Are you really waiting on an update so badly?

I doubt the update will even affect your usage.

What’s new:
- Extend OSX menu with troubleshooting options
- Change newzbin URL
- Flag post-processing as failed when files cannot be moved/copied to destination
- Move “locale” construction from Plush skin to Python code.
Some embedded Linux platforms show unstable behavior with the original construction.
- Add special setting to use “pickle” library instead of cPickle.
This is needed for some embedded Linux distros (e.g. OpenElec).

Can I download this version again for my ds411? I’ve updated to the new one and my download speed from usenet has dropped maxing out only to 500mb/s where previously I use to get 3mb/s.

I want to downgrade back to previous.
